- All structural work, Blockwork, plasterwork have been completed
- All tower cranes and scaffolding have been dismantled
- Architectural finishes are in the final stages for snagging
- Final fixtures for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing appliances are in their final stages and under evaluation
- Landscape work is on going
- Façade on all floors is almost complete.
- Road marking in the 1st basement is ongoing
- Air Conditioning system installation are connected to all towers by PAL along with ADCC LV authority inspections taking place
- Landscaping for Public Realm is going on
